A World of Game Cooking

by Teresa Marrone
Published by the North American Hunting Club

This fabulous cookbook belongs on the shelf of every cook who prepares wild game. It features favorite international recipes that have been adapted for wild game, as well as recipes that are traditionally prepared with wild game in various countries. All recipes have been adapted for the American kitchen. Ingredients used retain the authentic flavor of the original dish, yet are easier to find in the United States than some of the ingredients used overseas.

This beautiful book features:

  • Over 130 recipes from 33 countries
  • Beautiful full-color photos throughout
  • Hardbound, with gold-stamped leatherette cover
  • 160 pages, including complete, comprehensive index

This book was published by the renowned North American Hunting Club for sale to its members. Through special arrangement with the publisher, Northern Trails Press is pleased to offer this book for sale (and as far as we know, it is not available through bookstores or other retail outlets).
